At Aimless Photography, we believe in capturing the beauty of aimless moments in life. As the owner, William J. Evans, I have a passion for photography and a love for exploring the world around me. I was born and raised in Lockport, NY in the mid-1960s. After serving in the U.S. Army, I returned to the area to attend Buffalo State College, where I developed my skills in photography and music.

Discovering a Passion for Aimless Moments

In 2018, I experienced a life-altering stroke that forced me to relearn almost everything. Through the challenging process of rehabilitation and recovery, I discovered that my greatest joys came from being out in nature and exploring the city of Buffalo. There, I could soak up the beauty of aimless moments and document them with my camera.
